Schedule of 8 Day/7 Night Pranayama Retreat Course

We are conducting a pranayama retreat class according to the guest demand and level of practice. Within four days, three-night include sightseeing, hiking, and traveling to the respective place. Our sample daily schedule may change according to teacher and topic, requirement and circumstance.

Day 1

  • Arrival and Check-in
  • Lunch and Rest
  • 5:00 pm – 6:30 Welcome evening yoga class
  • 7:00 pm Dinner
  • 8:00 pm Satsang Kirtan
    ( A traditional activity within the religious context, which means “being with good/righteous companions.” Satsang may be a sitting beside an enlightened one who typically provides a brief speech then answers queries.)
  • 9:00 pm Bed Time

Day 2-7

  • 5:00 am Wake up
  • 5:30 am – 7:00 am Morning Yoga and Pranayama
  • 7:30 am Breakfast
  • 8:00 am – 11:30 am Karma Yoga and Self Study or Relax
  • 11:30 am Lunch
  • 12:15 pm – 5:00 pm Sightseeing, Hiking and Traveling around the village and meditation the respective place.
  • 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm Meditation Pranayama
  • 7:00 pm Dinner
  • 8:00 pm Satsang Kirtan
  • 9:00 pm Bed Time

Last Day

  • 5:00 am Wake up
