Itinerary for Annapurna Circuit Trek:

Traditional Mantra Yoga In Nepal

Day 01: Arrival

We will pick up you from the International Airport, transfer to hotel. Evening meets with your Trekking Guide. Brief about the trip, after that welcome Yoga session.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Besishar 820 Mtrs.

Guide will pick up you from the Hotel, drive taxi to Buspark. Local bus drive to Besishar. It takes about 5 to 6 hours’ drive. Overnight at local Tea House. (Yoga classes in the morning and evening).

Day 03: Beshishar to Bahundanda 1310 Mtrs.

This is the first day for the Trek, so walk about 5-6 hours to bahundanda. Walk through the local villages, follow the Marshangdai River. Overnight at Local Tea House. (Yoga classes in the morning and evening).

Day 04: Bahundanda to Chamje 1470 Mtrs

Followed to the Marshangadi river, trek about 5 hours to Chamje, this day you have beautiful views of the Himalaya Ranges and waters falls. Overnight at local Tea House. (Yoga classes in the morning and evening).

Day 05: Chamje to Bagarchap 2160 Mtrs

Trek about 5-6 hours to Bagarchap, beautiful day, pass by beautiful villages, such as Tal and Dharapani. Overnight at Local Tea House. (Yoga classes in the morning and evening).

Day 06: Bagarchap to Chame 2660 Mtrs

Chame is the headquater of Manang District, it takes about 6-7 Hours trek. Beautiful himalayas ranges views on the way. Overnight at Guest house at Chame. (Yoga classes in the morning and evening).

Day 07: Chame to Pisang 3200 Mtrs

Walk through the Jungle, Apple Park, followed by Marshangadi Rivers, today you are closer to the beautiful Himalayas, it takes about 5-6 hours. Overnight at local Tea House. (Yoga classes in the morning and evening).

Day 08: Pisang to Manang 3500 Mtrs

Its short walk to Manang village, it takes about 4-5 hours. Overnight at Lodge at Manang. (Yoga classes in the morning and evening).

Day 09: Acclamation day

To get used to the height, today is acclamation day, so guide will take you to Gangapurna Glacier and cave monastery above 4000 Mtrs to get used to the Height, evening back to lodge for overnight. (Yoga classes in the morning and evening).

Day 10: Manang to Yak Kharka 4000 Mtrs

Trek to Yak Kharka (Yak Parking) which will take about 4-5 Hours, overnight at Local Tea House. (Yoga classes in the morning and evening).

Day 11: Yak Kharka to Thorong Phedi 4410 Mtrs

Walk very slow, because if you push yourself fast, then you might get altitude problem, drink a lot of water, walk about 5 hours. Overnight at Local tea house at Phedi. (Yoga classes in the morning and evening).

Day 12: Thorongla Pass 5416 Mtrs – Muktinath 3800 Mtrs

Early morning guide will give you wakeup call about 3 AM, have light breakfast, start to walk thorongla Pass 5416 Mtrs, world highest pass, after that trek to Muktinath, which will take about 8-9 Hours. Overnight at local tea house at Muktinath. This will be the longest day for trekking.  (Yoga classes in the morning and evening).

Day 13: Muktinath to Pokhara 820 Mtrs

After the breakfast, Local Bus drive to Pokhara, it takes about 8-9 Hours, check in to hotel. Evening explore Pokhara Lakeside yourself. (Yoga classes in the morning and evening).

Day 14: Pokhara to Gorkha

After the breakfast, private transportation drive to Gorkha durbar, check in to hotel, explore around. (Yoga classes in the morning and evening).

Day 15: Gorkha to Kathmandu

Private transportation drive to Kathmandu, it takes about 6 Hours’ drive. Evening enjoy Typical Nepali Cultural show dinner. (Yoga classes in the morning and evening).

Day 16: Departure

We will transfer you to international airport at your comfortable time, fly out. (Yoga classes in the morning). Or if you wish to extend your holiday in Nepal for extra activities, we will assist for you.

Cost Includes: USD 1500 per Person(Minimum 2 People)

· Accommodation: Basic teahouse accommodation during the trek (Toilet and bathroom will be outside of the room; Deluxe accommodation for 2 nights in Kathmandu, Deluxe accommodation for 1 night in Pokhara, Basic accommodation in Gorkha with breakfast. 

· Meals: 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner. which you can choose from the menu) during the trek; breakfast in Kathmandu, Pokhara and Gorkha.

· Transportation: Airport – Hotel – Airport transfers by car, Kathmandu – Besishar by Local Bus, Muktinath to Pokhara by Local bus, Pokhara to Gorkha to Kathmandu by private Transportation.

· Documentation: Trekking permit (Annapurna Conservation Area Project entry permit) and Trekkers’ Information Management System (TIMS) card.

· Human resource: An Experience English Speaking Yoga Trekking Guide and a strong porter for 2 for every 2 trekkers carry up to 25 KG, all the expenses for the guide and Porter are covered (wages, accommodation, meals transportation, insurance, etc.)

· Tax/Service Charge: All applicable taxes, service charges or fees. We hereby guarantee you of no ‘hidden charges’ afterwards.

. Equipment: Yoga Mat.

· Emergency Rescue Service: Should any emergency arise during your trek, we will provide prompt and professional rescue and medical services. However, you must be already insured for such emergencies, and your insurance policy must cover helicopter evacuation. Moreover, you should provide your policy details and authorize us to deal directly with your insurance company on your behalf.

  • Beverage (cold drinks, bottled mineral water, tea/coffee, etc.)
  • Lunch and Dinner at Pokhara and Kathmandu.
  • Any other expenses of personal nature (extra meals, battery charging fees, photography charges, Hot Shower, etc.)
