Mardi Himal Trek Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival

Arrival at international airport welcome and transfer to Hotel in Thamel, meet your guide, brief about the trip, welcome Yoga session.

Day 02: Kathmandu to Pokhara

Our Guide will pick up from your hotel, transfer to bus park, tourist bus drive to Pokhara, check in to hotel, overnight at hotel. (Yoga classes in the Morning and evening).

Day 03: Pokhara to Pothana Deaurali.

After the breakfast about 8:00 drive for an hour to reach Phedi.

Then trek to the Deurali (a low pass) of Pothana village. You make a gradual ascent to

your destination in about 4-5 hours. Overnight at tea house. (Yoga classes in the Morning and evening).

Day 04: Pothana Deurali to Forest Camp (2480m)

After the breakfast about 8 am start a Walking through villages and forests, reach the

forest camp in about 5-6 hours. Overnight at tea house. (Yoga classes in the Morning and evening).

Day 05: Forest Camp to Low Camp (3150m)

You will experience the thrill of walking in the total wilderness of thick forests covered

with rhododendron and other trees. Mostly the trees are covered with mosses and

lichen. Occasionally the thick foliage opens into small windows, from which you will

stare at the stunning sceneries of in the direction of Hiunchuli and Annapurna South. On

the left side far below lies the Modi Khola Valley. As you approach the camp, captivating

views of the northern face of Mt Fishtail greet you. It’s about 6-7 hours over night lodge. (Yoga classes in the Morning and evening).

Day 06: Low Camp to High Camp (3600m)

Pass through rhododendron forest and alpine pasture land to reach the High Camp. In

clear weather, you will infinitely enjoy the Himalayan panorama. It’s about 5-6 hours

walk. Lover night at lodge. (Yoga classes in the Morning and evening).

Day 07: High Camp to Siding (1280m)

Distance of the walk is 6-7 hours. return route is different than above. You will walk

through the thick forest and then see the terraced farmland as you return to the Upper

Mardi Khola region. You will see original rural Nepal with its life at ease and proximity of

Mother Nature. Overnight at tea house. (Yoga classes in the Morning and evening).

Day 08: Siding to Pokhara (900M)

Treat yourself to magnificent sceneries of the Himalayan region from this place and

return to Pokhara. It’s about 5 hours, check in to hotel in Pokhara, overnight. (Yoga classes in the Morning and evening).

Day 09: Pokhara to Kathmandu.

After the breakfast, tourist bus drive to Kathmandu, check in to hotel, after that enjoy typical Nepali cultural show dinner, overnight at hotel. (Yoga classes in the Morning and evening).

Day 10: Departure

Transfer to international airport at your required time or extend your holiday for other activities on your request. (Yoga classes in the Morning).

Cost includes: – USD 650

Accommodation: Basic teahouse accommodation during the trek (Toilet and bathroom

will be outside of the room; Deluxe accommodation for 2 nights in Kathmandu and 2

nights in Pokhara on twin sharing basis.

Meals: 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner. which you can choose from the

menu a tea coffee is provided with meals) during the trek; breakfast in Kathmandu and

Pokhara.

Transportation: Airport – hotel – airport transfers by private transfer, Kathmandu –

Pokhara – Kathmandu by tourist bus. Transfer from Pokhara to Trekking starting point

and return to Pokhara by private transport.

Documentation: Trekking permit (Annapurna Conservation Area Project entry

permit) and Trekkers Information Management System (TIMS) card.

Equipment: Yoga Mat.

Human resource: A professional and experienced Yoga Trekking guide (English-speaking); all

the expenses for the guide are covered (wages, accommodation, meals, transportation,

insurance, etc.)

Tax/Service Charge: All applicable taxes, service charges, or fees. We hereby guarantee

you no hidden charges.

Complimentary: Farewell dinner in Kathmandu (authentic Nepalese cuisines with a live

cultural show)

Emergency Rescue Service: Should any emergency arise during your trek, we will

provide prompt and professional rescue and medical services. However, you must be

already insured for such emergencies, and your insurance policy must cover helicopter

evacuation (Kindly make sure that the policy covers until 4500 Mtrs). Moreover, you

should provide your policy details and authorize us to deal directly with your insurance

company on your behalf.
