Itinerary for EBC Trek

Day 01: Arrival. Transfer to Hotel
We will receive you from Kathmandu Airport and Transfer to the Hotel in Kathmandu. Meet with Guide and brief about the trip, welcome yoga session. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu to Manthali drive (4 hrs), fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2610 Mtrs)
You will start your day with driving towards to Manthali (at 2 am), drive takes about 4 hours, you will then fly to Lukla, normally it takes about 20 minutes’ flight to Lukla, after that, you can enjoy Breakfast at Lukla and starts to trek to
Phakding, it takes about 5 hours, enjoys lunch on the way or has lunch upon arrival to Phakding. overnight at Local Teahouse. (Yoga at Morning and evening)
(As of current the flight for Lukla only flies from Manthali, if the provision changes and the flights resume from Kathmandu, we will take the flight from Kathmandu itself)
Day 03: Phakding to Namche Bazzar (3440 Mtrs)
We follow the Dudhkoshi River today up to Larja Bridge, and straight climb up to
Namche Bazaar. Today you entered Sagarmatha National Park, check post at Jorsalle after that enjoy Lunch at Local teahouse at Manjoo or Jorsalle. Today you can see the Mount Everest on the way to Namche for the first time. Overnight at Local Teahouse. (Yoga at Morning and evening)
Day 04: Acclamation Day (Rest Day)
To adjust to the local height and climate, today we will have acclamation day, after the breakfast we will climb up to Everest View Hotel, Syangboche airport, Khumjung Village, up to 4000 Mtrs, enjoy
Lunch at Khumjung Village, Khumjung village is the largest Sherpa Village around this area, you can see their Cultures. you can enjoy the panoramic views of Mt Everest, Amadablam, Kusum Kangaroo, and many more mountains’ views from Everest View Hotel. (Yoga at Morning and evening)
Day 05: Namche Bazzar to Tengboche (3860 Mtrs)
After a 6-7-hour trek, you will reach Tengboche (3860 m), a perfect viewpoint to observe beautiful peaks of Mount Everest, Ama Dablam and Thamserku and a greater part of the Himalayan range in the Khumbu Region. Highlight about this village is Tengboche Monastery. Evening overnight at Local Tea House. (Yoga at Morning and evening)
Day 06: Tengboche to Dingboche (4410 Mtrs
Dingboche lies at about a walking distance of 6-7 hours. Due to the increasing altitude, you will be walking slower than on previous days. (Yoga at Morning and evening)
Day 07: Acclimatization Day
This will be the second acclimatization day. You will be taken on a day trip to Chhukung Valley and back to Dingboche. Rest and rejuvenation are quite essential to continue the trekking the next day. (Yoga at Morning and evening)
Day 08: Dingboche to louche (4910 M)
On this day our destination is Lobuje, the walking takes about 5-6 hrs.
We will see the memorial of those lost their lives during the expedition. Night at a lodge in Lobuje. (Yoga at Morning and evening)
Day 09: Louche to Gorepshep (5140 Mtrs)
The next segment of your trek, Lobuche to Gorek Shep is short and can be completed in about 3-4 hours, just in time for lunch. After resting for a few hours, we will take you on a walk to Everest Base Camp in the evening to sight the beautiful sunset over the majestic Himalayas. Then we return to Gorek Shep for the overnight stay. (Yoga at Morning and evening)
Day 10: Gorepshep – Kalapathher (5550 Mtrs) – Pheriche (4240 Mtrs)
You will begin hiking (about 2 hours for Kalapatthar) early in the morning to Kalapatthar, lying at an altitude of 5550 m, this is the highest point you will reach in this Trek. This is well known as a perfect viewpoint to see all major parts of the Himalayan range, including Mt. Everest itself. If the weather permits, you will get to see a spellbinding sunrise, something you will not find elsewhere in the world.
Take as many photographs as you like and go back to Gorek Shep for breakfast. Shortly afterward, you will descend to Pheriche, overnight at a lodge. (Yoga at Morning and evening)
Day 11: Pheriche to Namche Bazzer (3440 Mtrs)
Another day of descending, trek & overnight at local Teahouse in Namche Bazaar. (Yoga at Morning and evening)
Day 12: Namche Bazzar to Lukla (2840 Mtrs)
Decent trek down to the Lukla. this is the last day for the Trek, have lunch at Phakding village and overnight at local Teahouse in Lukla. (Yoga at Morning and evening)
Day 13: Lukla to Manthali flight, drive to Kathmandu
Fly to Manthali and drive to Kathmandu. Transfer to hotel. Evening enjoys the Cultural show Nepali Typical Dinner. (Yoga at Morning and evening)
Day 14: Departure: Fly back Home
We will transfer to international airport at your comfortable time, fly back home. Or extend yours stay in Nepal; we can arrange you other activities on your request such as more Cultural, spiritual Tour, Jungle safari, Rafting, and many more (Yoga at Morning)

Cost includes: USD 1790 Per Person (Minimum 2 People)
- Accommodation: Basic teahouse accommodation during the trek (Toilet and bathroom will be outside of the room; Deluxe accommodation for 2 nights in Kathmandu with Breakfast.
- Meals: 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch and dinner (1 main course on each meal, which you can choose from the menu) during the trek; breakfast in Kathmandu
- Transportation: Manthali-Lukla-Manthali flight. Kathmandu-Manthali-Kathmandu drive. Airport – hotel – airport transfers by Private Transportation.
- Documentation: Trekking permit (Sagarmatha National Park) and Khumbu village entry permit.
- Human resource: A professional and experienced Yoga Trekking guide (English speaking), and a strong porter for every 2 trekkers, carry up to 25 KG, all the expenses for the guide and Porter are covered (wages, accommodation, meals, transportation, insurance, etc.)
- Equipment: Yoga Mat.
- Tax/Service Charge: All applicable taxes, service charges or fees. We hereby guarantee you of no ‘hidden charges’ afterwards.
- Emergency Rescue Service: Should any emergency arise during your trek, we will provide prompt and professional rescue and medical services. However, you must be already insured for such emergencies, and your insurance policy must cover helicopter evacuation. Moreover, you should provide your policy details and authorize us to deal directly with your insurance company on your behalf. Please make sure that your insurance will cover helicopter evacuation up to 5500 meters.

- Any other expenses of personal nature (extra meals/Snacks/Dessert,
WIFI, battery charging fees, photography charges, Hot Shower, etc.)
- Tips for Guide and Porter (Expected) and any Donations.
- Your travel insurance, Nepal Visa & International Air Fares.
- Excess baggage charges on the Domestic flight (The airlines allow 15 kg per person, if the luggage is more than 15 kilo approx. USD 1 per kilo will be charged additionally).
- Activities (Sightseeing/tours) in Kathmandu (which is available at applicable extra cost)
- Any costs arisen due to the weather condition, delays or cancellation of the flights, incomplete trip due to personal problem, mountain sickness, early/late return from the trek and costs other than mentioned on the inclusion section.
