From the age of 17 on 2052 B.S, he has been learning meditation, yoga, the mantra from Gorakhnath Yoga Academy. And he has taken 6-month yoga training from Madan Sanskritic Bishwabidyalay (University). After that, he worked as an instructor in Kathmandu Spa, Serenity Spa, Park Village, Hotel Budhanilkantha, and much other fitness centers.

Since 2068 B.S, he has been working as a yoga instructor in Sawar Meditation Yoga center which was established in the same year. Recently, this yoga center has been established in four different places Kathmandu, Pokhara, Bandipur, and Gorkha.

He is one of our excellent yoga instructors.
